Shichi-Go-San is a traditional Japanese celebration held annually in November to pray for the healthy growth and well-being of children aged three, five, and seven. We are so happy and grateful to be able to celebrate these important milestones with you at Shofuso, where you can find a touch of Japan right in the US!

Photo Session with KiraKira Artistry: Enjoy a 30-minute mini session, 5 digital images and a private online gallery. Extended time-slots and upgraded image packages available for two celebrants receiving kimono services or those receiving hair and makeup.
Enhance Your Pakckage: Add additional images, heirloom print products or hair and makeup services to your package.
Kimono Rental and Dressing: Professional kimono dresser Tamiko Laincz will ensure your child's kimono is dressed flawlessly. KiraKira Artistry offers a wide range of kimono rentals to choose from for all ages (sets for both boys and girls aged 3, 7 and 5).
Shofuso Shichi Go San Special: Your ticket includes family admission to Shofuso, exclusive location access for your photoshoot, kimono dressing with a professional kimono dresser, a koi feeding activity and a special chitose ame bag.

Return to the dressing room to undress and relax (15 minutes). After which, you may enjoy your time at Shofuso however you like!
Thank you!
Enjoy a photoshoot on the grounds of Shofuso, including exclusive areas (30 minutes). Two celebrants may receive additional time so each has a chance to shine (+ 15–30 minutes).
Step 3
Check-in at Shofuso and head to the dressing room, where your child will be dressed in kimono (30 minutes). Hair and makeup, if included, will take an additional 30–45 minutes.
Step 2
Book your photoshoot and touch base with Kyami to plan your experience. We'll plan your look, get to know eachother, address any questions or concerns and ensure you are fully prepared for your celebration!
